Virobotic has developed ViTake. Solution that allows the automation of repetitive, tedious, dangerous logistics and industrial handling stations with very low added value.
This complete robotic solution combines a Versatile Gripper and Robotic Vision software.
ViTake comes from the expertise of Virobotic in the fields of Mechatronics, Visual Monitoring, and Artificial Intelligence applied to Computer Vision.
- Connected to the remote Virobotic server, ViTake is continuously improved thanks to the remote collection of new data allowing the regular updating of its algorithms.
- Versatile, Vitake can be mounted on any type of industrial robot arm.
- Multi-adaptive, ViTake is able to automate a very large number of different low value-added operations by adapting to the constraints of each task.
The multi-adaptive nature of ViTake allows Virobotic to deploy its solution on several workstations and thus meet various automation needs.
Unloading containers is an extremely physical and repetitive operation. ViTake automates this task.
With its Robotic Vision algorithms, ViTake individually locates all the boxes in the container, and guides its gripper so that it grasps them one by one and places them on the pallet with great precision and dexterity.
In addition, its scheduling algorithm allows it to determine the optimal position of each carton on the pallet to minimize the final volume occupied by the pallet.
The individualized storage of items from many suppliers requires extremely repetitive cardboard unpacking and storage operations in the warehouse of each reference in the supply chain.
With its Robotic Vision algorithms, ViTake individually locates all the items in the box, and guides its gripper so that it grasps them one by one without damaging them.
Thanks to its Artificial Intelligence algorithms applied to Computer Vision, ViTake can recognize each of the references of the box and thus develop the fastest and most secure gripping strategies to grab and deposit all the items.
